In the Spring Conference of Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA) held in Cat Ba, Hai Phong on 17 March 2012, VINACONEX - ITC was honored to receive VNREA’s Certificate of Commendation for being a member that made positive contribution to the activities of the Association in particular and to Vietnam real estate industry in general.

In  the warm days of Spring of 18 and 19 March 2012, Vietnam Real Estate Association organized “Spring Conference of Dragon Year” at Cat Ba Island, Hai Phong city. At the Conference, VNREA reviewed it 2011 activities and proposed action plan for 2012 of its members. Beside the Conference, members of VNREA also visited Cat Ba Amatina Project site and participated in an impressive and friendly Gala Dinner held right on the sand of Tung Thu Beach.

On 17/3, Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA) held Spring Conference of Dragon Year 2012 at Cat Ba (Hai Phong city) and visited Cat Ba Amatina Project site.

Robert L. Livingston is a Founding Partner of The Livingston Group and a distinguished former Republican Member of Congress from Louisiana.  He was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in a special election in 1977 and was re-elected to eleven successive two-year terms. Mr. Livingston served as a member of the Appropriations Committee through most of his time in Congress. He was chosen by his peers to serve as Speaker-designate for the 106th Congress – and thus became one of the 5 most powerful persons of the USA.

On 21 February 2012, Representatives of leaders of VINACONEX JSC and VINACONEX-ITC held a working meeting with Dr. Robert Livingston at VINACONEX JSC headquarters, 34 Lang Ha street, Hanoi.

In the overwhelming inspiration of the whole country to welcome New Year of Dragon 2012, on 8th day of the first month of New Dragon Year, leaders of Haiphong City and Cat Hai district paid a new year visit to Cat Ba Amatina Project hosted by VINACONEX-ITC to extend their New Year greetings and wishes to the company's leaders and staffs.

After the New Year of Dragon holidays, on 30 January 2012 (the 8th day of the first month of the Year of Dragon), VINACONEX-ITC held celebrational meeting of all staff to celebrate the new-year event.

On occation of the New Year, when a new spring comes, to exercise the teaching of President Ho Chi Minh: “Spring is time for Tree Planting Festival, to make country having more and more prosperious springs", VINACONEX-ITC organized Tree Planting Festival at its Cat Ba Amatina Project site on 8th day of the first month of moon calendar. At the Festival, VINACONEX-ITC was proud to receive a delegation from Hai Phong municipal government, which consists of leaders of Haiphong City and Cat Hai district, representatives of different local state agencies.

The impressive return of Prof. Dr. John Snow to Vietnam after his first visit to chair Conference titled “Is Vietnam a destination of world economic empires” held in Hanoi in November 2011 could be considered as an outstanding event last week.
